I went to FNB to see why my bank card has been cancelled. I was referred to Consultants. I wrote my name in the book at 10h21, a lot of people came in after me and has been helped. I waited for 40 minutes, still no help. I went to the enquiry counter and the man said I must speak to the lady in charge, which was out of the bank for a period of time. After this, suddenly, they helped. I gave the consultant my Municipal Account, which I use for all purposes and to register a telephone number at Rica. This is the same municipal account we used to open our FNB account, but today, after waiting 40 minutes, suddenly, is not accepted, because my initials does not appear on the statement. This was very bad service, and I will rather drive 20 kilometers to go to another bank, but I will not visit this Branch again!
