FNB - seamless and friendly service

I have never had a true sense of loyalty to any bank in the past and so previously FNB wasn't a bank I considered special in any way until today when I was having endless issues trying to open a debit account with another bank next door to FNB. I walked out of this bank and into FNB (as they were the only one still open). I was greeted by a lovely lady on the floor who directed me to a consultant. The consultant was extremely friendly, provided me with all the information I needed without me having to probe, sorted out everything I wanted in 2 minutes and still went to the ATM with me to show me how to do things. Everything has been so easy to do. I was totally wowed by the experience! Now that's what customer service is all about - I have loyalty to a bank now - thank you FNB for being GREAT!
