Poor customer Service both online and Telephonic

3 weeks ago we applied for a business account online. I received a email stating the following "We have received your request for assistance and one of our Business Bankers will contact you shortly." It is three weeks and not a peep out of FNB. Today I phone and the quality of the service centre call is shocking, can hardly hear the options and the operator, then after getting through I get put on hold and after 10 minutes on my own cell account I had to give up. Go into the bank and they take three hours to open a account??? Need to change the name on the account another Three hours??? We do not have time to sit in a bank all day we do have to work!!
