BAD SERVICE. NOT ENOUGH CONSULTANTS. NO ONE HELPS

Wow, is all I can say to the disgusting service FNB provides at Norwood Mall. I work down the road so naturally it's convenient to do some banking whilst there. However EVERY single time I have been there (as well as other colleagues who say the same) - the service is horrendous. You wait minutes and minutes (if not hours) on end waiting for someone to help you. They are short staffed in each and every single department that you find people frustrated and walking out. When approaching a gentlemen who somewhat seems like he could help, indicating that we had been waiting for 20min, and there were 3 people in line for the Collections and there was only one person helping. He looked at us blankly and walked away! That's when I walked out! What type of business are they running??? I have been a loyal client to FNB, but a continuous bad service at ONE branch is making me reconsider to moving banks! And to think all I needed was 3 months bank statements - pathetic!!!
