I REGRET THE DAY I WASTED MY TIME @ FNB

I went to an FNB branch at Boulders Mall on Saturday with my brother and one of my long standing clients who is a very prominent business man and a client of FNB. We were there to open my business account. The first thing i must note is that the Branch Manager (didn't take her name) was sited doing nothing whereas there was a long que. After 2 hours waiting for the consultant, when i finally thought i will get help, I was told that I needed R300 to open an account which i did not have an issue with but unfortunately my client was to instruct someone at his office to effect the money once the account was opened. The consultant suggested that I speak to the Manager and explain to her what was to happen regarding the money who gave me a very serious attitude. you will swear she was watching port by the way her eyes were red. I left the bank very angry and went to standard bank after wasting my precious time and energy waiting to be treated like a trash. I WENT 2 SCHOOL FOR SO MANY YEARS TO BE WHERE I AM TODAY AND TO BE GIVEN AN ATTITUDE BY SOME LOUZY WOMAN AT THE BANK IS THE LEAST OF THE THINGS I EXPECTED FROM THAT BANK. BIG UPS TO THE INDIAN LADY WHO WAS ASSISTING ME, SHE IS SO KIND
