NEW FNB ACC COST ME R500 IN 2 WEEKS

YESTERDAY I WENT TO COLLECT MY CARD AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATER I WAS STILL IN THAT FNB VINCENT BRANCH. FIRST I WAS GIVEN AN INCORRECT CARD, THAT BEING A GOLD CARD. THE CONSULTANT, CARIKA ACKERMAN SO CONDSCENDING AND RUDE. AFTER WHICH I WAS MADE TO SPEAK TO 2 SUPERVISORS. I WAS THEN FINALLY MADE TO SIT WITH ANOTHER CONSULTANT WHICH SEEMED LIKE HOURS OF PAPER WORK (she clearly having a point to prove) THEY MENTIONED THAT IS IT IS BCOZ I OPENED MY ACCOUNT ON LINE SO IT WOULD TAKE THAT LONG... MY QUESTION WAS WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ME OPENING THE ACCOUNT OVER THR PHONE IF I WOULD STILL SPEND THAT MUCH TIME AT THE BANK* BY THIS TIME I WAS VERY IRATE SND REQUESTED MY ACCOUNT YO BD CLOSED AND ALL MY MONEY GIVEN BAVK TO ME AT THAT INSTANT * THE BRANCH MANAGER, RIAAN BOSHOF WAS FINALLY CALLED AND HE DIDNT HELP THE SITUATION ONE BIT. HE SEEMED HIGHLY IRRITATED FROM WHEN I FIRST LAY MY EYES ON HIM. AFTER ANOTHER 20 MINUTES OF PAPER WORK I WENT MAD AND BY MAD I DONT MEAN SWEARING OR INSULTS, THAT IS NOT IN MU NATURE. RIAAN CAME FROM THE BACK ORDERING THAT MY ACC BE CANCELLED AND THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY R11 500. TODAY I GET A CALL THT THEY WONT GIVE MY R500 BALANCE COZ OF CHARGES
