No Service Delivery

My car hit a pothole on 3/12/2013 and has since then been taken in for repairs my claim was submitted on the same day, its been over a month, still don't have my car, claim still not finalized, all i get are calls from Telesure promising that a "Senior Financial Consultant" will give me a call to finalize the claim, i am calling these guys 3-5 times a week without any updates, surely this has been my worst insurance experience ever!!
