Failure to delive

I applied for a personal loan on the 6th Jan 2014, was told the loan will in be in 48hrs, waited till 10th Jan, then went back to the branch to find out, whats happening, Mario told me he could not confirm employment.

This showed unprofessionalism, I should have to called, but instead they made me wait for nothing.
