I would like to commend Ryan Kisten of Dial Direct for his excellent handling of my insurance claim.
After submitting my claim on their website I was contacted immediately by Ryan and my claim was dealt with in a very professional and sympathetic manner. Ryan kept me up to date via phone calls and sms's throughout the very short waiting period. I submitted my claim yesterday (7 May 2013) and it was finalized today.
