No response on claim after 2 months

I had a pipe burst in my bathroom which resulted in me having to replace the pipes and bath in my bathroom. however the resulting water damage was to my Kitchen downstairs. I reported the claim to Standard Bank Insurance to no avail. It took weeks before someone came out to even check. I could not live like that as my dear late husband was very ill, so we paid out of my pocket to fix the bathroom and the kitchen.
But Standard Bank does not care about the trauma I have gone through. I have had to have a funeral in my home with no kitchen and damp walls. I even accepted that. But now 2 months later and after many calls, I got R500 back for the burst pipe but the damages were R5000-00 and have heard nothing about the kitchen which has cost me R60 000-00 to replace.
not only am I grieving for my dear husband but I have taken a severe financial knock. I have made many calls to Standard Bank and their Accessor but am getting absolutely no response.
I am sad and unhappy and an emotional wreck but no one cares. So much for paying insurance for years only to feel cheated by the institution you trusted.
