Refunds takes almost a week

On Saturday 11 January a refund was made for us to our Virgin card. The money has immediately left the House & home account. So it is already in the ABSA account. There can be no valid reason why it takes up to 5 working days for money to reflect. When a purchase is made the money immediately leaves the account. It is only fair that refunds immediately reflect as well. Or at the most 24 hours.
