I HAVE HAD IT NOW, I REPORTED A PROBLEM OF DAMP WALLS TO THE BANK AND EXPLAINED IM NOT SURE WHATS THE COURSE SEEMS TO BE GEYSER OR PIPE I DONT KNOW IM A WOMAN, ASSESSOR COMES OUT SAYS WONT COVER, I LOGGED A COMPLAINT 3TIMES ON HP PROMISED FEEDBACK STILL NOTHING ITS NOW 24/4/2013 I COME HOME FROM WORK WALLS DAMAGED OUTLET PIPE AT GEYSER RUNNING WHOLE DAM DAY MY CARPET & WALLS DAMAGED I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES AND I AM CONTACTING THE MEDIA FIRST THING NOW WITH MY PICS AND ALL EMAILS, MY PHONE BILLS FOR FOLLOW UP CALLS AND MY WATER BILL WILL BE PROVIDED JHB METROPOLITAN AS WATER RUNNING THE WHOLE DAY TODAY AGAIN. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH COMPLAINING TO YOU PEOPLE I AM TAKING YOU PEOPLE TO THE MEDIA WITH ALL MY DAMAGE PICTURES AND EMAILS FROM YOUR STAFF. I LOGGED ANOTHER COMPLAINT TONIGHT AT YOUR EMERGENCY LINE AND WILL WAIT AS PER THERE WILL BE SOMEONE COMING TONIGHT YOU PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK MY HOUSE IS DAMAGED BECAUSE OF YOUR DELAY!!! THREE DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS I ESCALATED TO YOU AND YOU PROMISED FEEDBACK AND NOW MY PROPERTY IS WORSE THEN BEFORE I WORK HARD AND BY MY BOND TIMEOUSLY WITH INSURANCE TO GET THIS SICKENING PATHETIC SERVICE.
