I submitted a claim to standard bank insurance, for damaged laminated flooring due to a burst and leaking pipe, standard bank sent a company called TOP FLOORS to come and rip out all my existing laminated floors in the process they damaged my tiles, walls and mirrors, after all these damages i received a call stating that my claim has been rejected!? i eventually got hold of my standard bank insurance manager Mervin who did not assist me in any way shape or form, all he said was that he will get back to me within the hour, This was 2 weeks ago and still NO response!!! i have tried daily the last two weeks to contact Mervin with no luck, the condition my family and myself are living in is unacceptable!!! i cant even get in contact with the complaints department this is the number i was given 0860 101 101... there is NO complaints option, they keep on putting me through to home loans and i get this exact number given to me over and over, its like running head first into a brick wall
