NO SERVICE ON TWO OCCASIONS!?!

Few months back, I got a call from one of their consultant advising me of my bank account not having funds in it while it did... I was requested to send through my bank statements to show that I had funds in my bank account of which I did as they asked me, to my surprise the only response I got from them after this was that my insurance has lapsed with them, I got robbed of the phone and i was told there was nothing they will do... I was forced to take out another phone with mtn to replace the one i had insured initially of which i had an unfortunate situation with it too. im in the same situation again where im trying to claim for a phone with no help from them. the sad part is that I cant afford to take out another contract with My SP to replace this one. My Business is suffering as a result of this and i have never ever missed a payment with them but this is how they treat me as their client, because my situation is different to what they have down in writing? they now want to prove things i dont know how to how bad can... a couple of people are telling me about a device that interrupts car remote signal but how do I prove that I had my car locked when my belongings got?
