I do not know why we pay insurance on our mobile phones...
We have paid our insurance every single month for more than two years!!!
Our phone got lost and we wanted to claim but they declined it.
The number that was insured with the phone was upgraded. They declined the claim because the number that is insured with the phone was not in the phone. Why would we keep the number in the phone if it was upgraded???
It is pathetic!!!
We pay insurance every single month and then when we need to claim they decline you for the most pathetic reasons!!!
It is unacceptable and I hope that something will be done regarding this situation!!!
I dont understand why we need to pay for the insurance if they do not want to help you when you are in need!!!
