I do not know how much longer am I expected to wait to get my phone from 24 hour mobility. It's been 2 weeks and still nothing.in my knowledge I thought my phone was insured with MTN but I was informed by MTN my phone is not insured with them, I have been running from pillar to post to get the details of the insurance that's debiting my account because I have never received any statements let alone a copy of the contract, I submitted all the documents required and now am being told again to wait for another week, because there is a possible rejection. Am paying for my phone insurance monthly and not even once they missed a payment on my account, and now when am claiming am being told stories. We live in the 21 century and it's hard to go on one day without a cell phone let alone 2 full weeks. What makes it more difficult for me is that I have a child that's very sick laying in hospital and am unreachable, I have to constantly ask my colleagues for airtime when I have more than enough airtime on my phone, they are so inconveniencing me and they don't seem to care am really upset.
