I took a contract phone with mtn last year for my niece and asked for it to be insured, i filled all paperwork for the phone but it was not available that day and the consultant told me that he will give me a call to come and collect it, i told him that i will not be around and he said i can send my mom which i did & he called me on that day to ask if i still want isurance and i agreed & asked him to send me paperwork, which ws nt done few months down the line my niece lost her phone & when i called mtn to let know what happened they told me that the phone was not insured with them i was angry @ Rep but decided to let go so to my knoledge the phone was not insured, lately i checked my bank statement & i realised there was R54.00 odd amount coming out of my account monthly and when i enquired i was told it was for my fone insurance with 24Hr Mobility and i didnt know who they were coz it was never explained that i will be taking insurance with another company, so contacted the company and told them that i have been paying for insurance for close to a year that i didnt even knw & now wanted to claim i even send motivation letter & it was declined, i m still waiting for call back from them
