I took a insurance cover on my cell phone in December 2012 with Finrite insurance. My cell phone has been in for repairs and the insurance company mentioned told me the my insurane has lapsed.they have requested my banking statements to verify if fund were in my bank account. Bank statements were provided to the consultant name Browyn Paul at Finrite. A few day later i"ve recieved a call from Browyn stating the error was on they side and requested a claim form completed by and submited. Now i called the insurer and was told that my insurance has lapsed and i must now foward my bank statement which is cost to me. They want my bank statement from December 2012 to June 2013 and cost R20.00 a page. In my statements the show suffient fund available and there should be no reason why my account should not be debited. The insurer should have notified my if there where any queries but no such was done. I was under the impression theat my insurance was up to date. This has been by far the worst service that i have received from any service provider .please help me
