I had an insurance with virgin money for over a year and when the insured car was involved in an accident and they were supposed to pay, they made a claim that the car was not brought in for inspection and the insured person was not a regular driver. The so-called investigator (wayda) confirmed the regular driver with nana and kabelo/thapelo who wasn't part of the policy and who has no clue of the content of the policy. These people were not around when i took the insurance but the insurer had the decency to confirm it with them. The fact that the car wasn't brought in for inspection isn't a national crisis if they took the money for comprepensive insurance for the whole year and never bothered to take the cover for a third party liability as they claim now when they are suppose to pay my claim. The issue of the regular driver, my previous insurer has nothing to do with the current claim. It took them a while to capture my claim and once it has been captured some stupid stories from the insurer insued.
I would like to have my premium in full for the period i was covered with interest. I was misrepresented by the insurer in believing that i had comprehensive insurance.
