I got a new phone on contract (4 actually!). I signed up for the MTN insurance which is apparently 24hr mobility and has been with them now for more than 2 years. My phone got, I handed in everything that was needed. police reports etc. I heard nothing from them for more than a month now except for an email saying that I have missed one payment and they don't know if my claim will be approved (the ONE missed payment was by honest mistake because of my work paid my salary on a different date and no one phoned me to say that the payment was not made and for more than two years I made every other payment) I sent proof of debits that came off my account to them. they told me they are waiting for the underwriter FINRITE to "investigate" my claim. This is probably the worst client service I have ever encountered. They take my money every month then for what reason? I feel as if I am being robbed and want to cancel this policy and get a proper insurance that is worth being called an insurance!!! 24 hr mobility, your service is beyond bad... WORST COMPANY EVER
