My husband wanted to make a purchase on the Internet from a regular site that he uses. He lost out on a R400 deal, because after he entered the OTP number the bank declined the transaction. He tried 3 more times and eventually lost out on the deal, which is only for a limited time. I was also a holder of a credit card with this bank and lost out on the same deals because the bank declined my transactiion. I was very upset and closed my account. My husband and I are debating the fact whethedone should do the same. We are extremely disappointed with this service.
