Bank claims higher outstanding balance

I applied for debt review in 2010, the consequent court order was granted and I NEVER missed a single payment. The DC got all the documents from Consumer Friend, who at that stage was dealing with ABSA's debt review.

I owed very little on my vehicle and the account was settled in terms of the granted court order in Feb 2012. Now TWO years later, ABSA has yet not been able to provide me with a paid-up letter and is claiming an amount outstanding on this account almost equal to the amount that was due when I initially applied for debt review. How on earth is this even possible? Where do I go from here?

On enquiring, they now alledge that there was insurance on the account that was not catered for, but the DC was never informed about any insurance!

And now... on Saturday, they went and debited an amount out of my savings account without my permission.

FUSTRATED cannot explain how I feel!!! In ther interin, the outstanding amount continues to escalate and will be my problem at the end of the day!!!
