Why do I stay loyal to this Bank

Why do I stay loyal to this bank. I don't know but I have for some thirty years. Five years ago thanks to Standard Bank we lost everything our business our house (which had been paid off before). In order to cover our debts we had to sell our house which we had taken a bond out on to start out business. Our bakkie) which was the mainstay of our business was and we were not big enough to get finance for another one). When we did sell our house Standard Bank took R110, 000 in penalties from us which was the profit we had intened to use to pay all our debts. For the first time in my life I was blacklisted. Did I stop using Standard Bank? No I still have my salary paid into my account. Obviously my credit card was suspended on my internet banking. Now suddenly five years plus later they have re-instated this on my internet banking therefore I can transfer money into the account which I have been doing. However this is not enough, I am now being intimidated by some company called DMC for payment settlement. I refuse to deal with these agressive rude nasty people, I would rather deal with the bank.
