No assistance due to fnb negligence

I have tried to apply for a home loan with fnb a have been with them for a few years now however they refuse to give the loan due to the following reason. 1) african bank was in the rears however i did explain that i had a dispute with them which has subsequently been resolved and the account is up to date when i wanted to email them proof they gave me an incorrect email. 2) due to debit orders being sent back however if they went and looked at my account they would see that due to their own negligence in letting debit orders through that i had stopped repeatedly, caused the other debit orders to be returned so who is to blame now. due to their negligence they refuse to assist me with a homeloan and if reflects poorly on my itc. fnb how can we help you, i don't think so.
