As of today I have had SIX incorrect debit orders come off my account. The bank just throws up its hands. I would like the bank to start taking responsibility for clients details and would appreciate all my fees relating to having these debit orders revered returned to me.
Also the bank said I could open a new account and have all my 'legal' debit orders moved as well. The bank is not able to move all debit orders so please do not advertise this as a service, as I have opened up another account and put this to the test.
After the service I have received I will be moving all my money from Monday to another bank.
