I have a few months old Nedbank Cheque account, my salary has only started going in as from end OCt 2013. I have not loaded or authorized any debit orders to go off my account. In October there were two debit orders which came off my account when i went into to query it and ask for it to be reversed the guy could not reverse it due to the date and advised that it was for a loan. this month another debit order went off my account and this time for a MFC account. Now i have not authorized these debit orders to go off my account no one has contacted me to arrange debit orders and why is this happening now only why were theses debit orders not going off my previous bank account? i want these debit orders reversed and who ever is responsible loading these debits to call me and let me know what they are for and to make proper arrangements with me. how can you just walk into my house and take whatever you want without consultation?
