WHY MUST I GIVE A WRITTEN REASON FOR DEBIT ORDERS?

I WENT TO THIS BRANCH EVERYDAY THIS WEEK TO TRY AND SORT OUT DEBIT ORDERS THAT NEED TO BE REVERSED AND EVERY TIME THEY SEND ME HOME EMPTY HANDED? I HAVE STOPPED THESE DEBIT ORDERS ON MY INTERNET BANKING AND I WAS CHARGED R10.00 FOR EACH DEBIT ORDER I HAVE STOPED BUT STILL MY ACCOUNT GETS DEDUCTED EVEN THOUGH I STOPED THE VERY SAME DEBIT ORDERS IN JANUARY 2013!!! AND WHY MUST I GIVE A REASON EVERY MONTH AS TO WHY I WANT THE FUNDS REVERSED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT? AS THEY CAN SEE... IT WAS STOPED THE PREVIOUS MONTH!!! I ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS BANK BUT NOW I AM FED UP!!! I PAY BANK FEES EVERY MONTH SO I EXPECT SERVICE IN RETURN WHEN I NEED IT!!!
