Right - where to start. I have an African bank loan and an African Bank credit card. I have instructed them to issue debit orders on the last day of each month. HOWEVER since december i have 4 debit orders for each of these two items that are presented on the 15th, the 22nd, the 25, and the 28th of the month. All well if there is money in the account - however i get paid on the last day of the month. Thus i incur costs of wait for it R148 per debit order rejected. That totals R1184 per month on average. Come last day of the month, i pay it in via EFT. Now i have stopped the debit orders (as they obviously don't understand how it works), i have complained and now i refuse to pay anything on this loan, until such time as my bank costs have been refunded. PLS understand this - does not help for a different person to call me every day to tell me i have stopped my debit order, and then to start threatening me - ANSWER MY QUERIES!!!
