Unauthorised Debit Orders

I have been banking with FNB for all my working life. For the past 3 months people I don't know have been taking money from my account without my permission. In-contact can only report if the amount taken is more than R100 so these people have taken R 99 & later R89 and now R 399.

What irritates me is the fact that FNB will only inform you via a sms a month later & they cannot stop the unauthorised debit orders permanently. Plus they charge you for stopping and reversing the debit orders which was their negligence in the first place. In other words they profit from they incompetence.

I hope this can be stopped very soon otherwise I am seriously thinking of changing banks.
