Excellent customer service

I was down in KZN for the december holidays and had to go to a standard bank branch, i was helped by the prestige banker (rezina) in branch and she showed excellent customer service skills, i am highly impressed, i bank with standard bank in johannesburg and beleive it was the wisest move ever made moving my account to standard bank.
