I'm so dissatisfied with Nedbank and Nedgroup.i have recently been retrenched from my job.(31/05/2013) I went to Southgate branch where I was told by the personal loan assistant to complete a retrenchment claim form which I did, I was also assured that my personal loan and credit card was covered by the protection plan, after faxing my documents to Nedgroup I received a SMS saying that they received my documents.and if anything was needed they would contact me, up till today I had no contact from them, assuming that all was in order.but to my disgust I find that Nedbank has debited my account this morning for the personal loan.how is one suppose to seek new employment if Nedbank takes my last money that I needed for transport and to make calls for a new job, I'm so not happy with this service and, disappointed in Nedbank and Nedgroup for not consulting with me as a loyal customer.
