I took my son on the 5 the of November for hie new pear of glasses at Heidelberg spec Savers, today 29 November they let me know they can't compressed his lenses, now I still have to Waite another few weeks before he can get his glasses ???but one year ago they could have done it at Springs mall, he is only 7 years old and his lenses are so thick that his glasses are to heavy for his face, if I had the finance I would've asked to do so... I mean it's for a child and you guys are there to help them... and at Springs mall Spec-Savers 3 days confirmation and 2 weeks he received his glasses... please can you look into this..thank you kindly
