I have a personal loan taken out at Nedbank Irene about October month, and specifically stated and indicated that I don't want the credit life cover as I have my own cover, The consultant that helped me also sent the proof of my cover that states it covers all required aspects that nedbank required to be covered. However, this morning the first debit order went off and it seems that you indeed took the nedgroup life cover that I don't want. Now it seems that you are in breach of my contract and taking money unlawfully from my account. I've called your useless callcentre and gets thrown around from department to department and so it seems that nobody can help me. Utter incompetence! Now listen. I want the illegally debited nedgroup life cover refunded or I will lodge a complaint with the Banking ombudsman, as you don't listen when a customer speaks!
