I did a part surrender on three of my daughters dreammakers one was paid into my account after I received a call requesting a copy of my I'd. The other one was paid after a few days into my husbands account after someone phoned and said money could not be deposited into my account. I accepted that since the debit order comes off his accont. The third one was not paid I phoned to enquire about this I was told it was being processed since different peaple were doing the different transactions. I waited last week I phoned again to enquire about this they told me since the last daughter is over 18 we must send her bank statement for the money to be deposited which I did on the 17 January andd I phoned to make sure they received the statement that was confirmed and was assured the transaction will be done. I phoned again today I was given another story and my airtime got finished before the matter could be resolved I then sent an email to support team to no avail. This is dissappointing because I did this because I needed the money but I'm not getting the service as promised
