Good morning,
the service @ the main and republic branch in randburg is the worst I have ever endured... 1st I queue for 25 min in the morning when the bank is not busy and only got serviced after I demanded to speak to the manager, who requested a girl by the name of TUMI KHUMALO to assist me. here is where I got the worst of the worst service. 1st she dug in her bag for lord knows what, then she proceeded to complain about helping me with her colleague right in front of me... when she finally did notice that I am sitting in front of her, did she assist me without greeting, she jus asked me what I need help with, which was withdrawing money from my 32 day account.. she just asked me how much I needed to withdraw but did not ask me when I needed the funds, she then proceeded to close MY account without asking me if I want the account to be closed. she did not even tell me when she was done I had to ask her if we are done... I am very disappointed at the level of service I got... I am FNB's number one fan, I always say good things about the bank but to be treating as such is very frustrating. regards a very unsatisfied customer.
