R180 for a bank statement?!!!

I went to FNB in ladybrand the other day and i endured the worst service i have ever received at FNB ever, firstly all i needed to do was print a statement but i was directed to the consultants. at the waiting area which i spent a good 30 minutes in, there was no order, people could just walk into the bank and go straight to the consultant and short of making a scene you stood and watch as the consultant did nothing about it, there was a a queue but only two people helping us, there was an fnb employee just sitting there, she could of helped. and to top it off, there was a consultant who used the phone while helping a client and had a lovely long chat with the office phone, while the customer was forced to just sit there! Also eventually when i was about to storm out somebody eventually helped me, and i was charged R180 for a bank statement?!!!

I'm rethinking my banking with FNB I cannot believe i can be charged R180 for a bank statement that's ridiculous!!
