Want to open an account, FNB ASKS WHY???

I had decided to open a FNB account as I had heard of all the benefits an account holder could receive. I walked into my FNB Three Rivers branch at 13:00 and proceeded to sit down and wait for the ONLY consultant available, seven consultation booths but only one consultant to help 12 people. I waited in the queue for over an hour with no assistance from the other FNB employees walking around, as I finally reached the front of the queue the consultant greeted me with such a negative attitude and was not interested in assisting me at all. I had explained to her that I was about to receive a substantial amount of money and I would like to open an account, she proceeded to look at me and uttered sarcastically: "Why do you want to open an account here? Why don't you just stay at your own bank? I cant help you." and thus refused to assist me further. I am utterly disappointed and outraged that I wasted my time at FNB I was honestly going to bank over a hundred thousand Rand at your bank but unfortunately you don't want my business? I will thus continue my business at Standard Bank where I don't get chased away. Have a good day.
