Hi Peter, first I have to say I am very disappointed about FNB, I just recently joined FNB and so far they have been treating me very nicely until on Saturday (3 August 2013) when I went to Sunnyside branch to apply for a home loan account since I want to buy a house, so firstly upon my arrival at the branch there was no one to attend me as I wanted to ask on which queue do I have to join so I can be helped, so I went to this other division within the branch written "Relationship Banking" and I asked this Zulu guy who was helping a client where can I queue in to apply for home loans which he was so rude that he asked me "Can't you see that I am busy? " and I told him that I just wanted to ask where I can queue and he shouted at me in front of the customers, and then I went and ask this other guy who was also helping others to show me where I can get helped which he told me that the guys who does the Home loans are not around which I was shocked as to how can FNB grant two people leave who does the same thing and worst part on month end? and when I asked a manager she was not around.
