I have been a client of discovery for over 8years now. I finished paying of a debt and requested that they deliver a paid up letter to me a mere 10kms away as I was locked in a crucial meeting. This chap, sello tau, refused. Yet when I apply for a debit card they will deliver it to my doorstep irrespective of how many kilometers far away. Im very dissapointed with this trewtment that when you pay them off, your no longer an important client. Last week when I wanted to collect the letter after a month seeing that they will not deliver this letter, tau sello sent me halfway to benoni to their attorneys saying he doesng have the letter, he eventually admitted that the letter was with him, so halfway to benoni, and after numerous phone calls between their lawyers qnd sello tau, I turn around and go to his office in downtown Johannesburg, no arrangements of parking made or whatsoever, not even an apology when I got there.
