WORST BRANCH EVER

WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE BRANCH NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO ASSIST YOU. I WAS THERE ON THE 05 OF SEPTEMBER 2013 AND THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO ONE AROUND TO ASSIST I SAW THE WOMAN SITTING ON HER FROM PERSONAL LOANS AND I WENT TOP HER FOR ASSISTANCE SHE HELPED IN A WAY BUT WHEN I WENT BACK THE 2ND TIME SHE VERY RUDELY TOLD ME SHE CANT HELP CAN I NOT SEE SHE IS BUSY WITH CAPTURING. I THEN SMS'D THE NUMBER WHICH THEY HAVE IN THE BRANCH AND I JUST RECEIVED A SMS SAYING THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME AND TILL TODAY NOT A CALL OR SMS. TODAY I WENT TO DO A DEPOSIT AND THERE IS 5 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME BUT ONLY 3 TELLERS AVAILABLE BUT FOR 5 MINUTES ALL 3 DISAPPEAR AND THERE IS NOT A SINGLE PERSON HELPING OUT WHICH IS THE SH*TEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN FROM ANY BANK. AND THEN THEY SAY MAKE THINGS HAPPEN... MORE LIKE WORST BANKING EVER
