Decided to move to FNB my company paid my salary to an FNB account which I then found out was closed, Firstly I was not informed when it was closed, no form of communication what so ever, I go into the branch I speak to the a consultant by the name of Tebogo, which I asked what happened and why was my account closed, brace yourself she tells me she doesn't know. If she doesn't know who the "F" should help me then, i just left. I then went to the Hydepark Branch which I was assisted by a consultant called Bonny who was very helpful and activated my account again, I was then told at work that the fund are still with the FNB I go the the bank speak to Bonny again who called the call center she spoke to 8 diff people who kept on transferring her to the incorrect dept, I needed proof of the funds being transferred back to my Company's account by 4pm but because of the call center's incompetence she could only get through to someone 16:15pm no proof can be provided though, sadly my debit orders are going off today and my salary has still not been paid yet. Thanks you FNB for being the worst bank ever, you've made my year. I have had bad service before but this is the worst eve
