Lightning damage Insurance claim

My home took a lightning strike on 11 December which damaged my garage door motors as well as my home alarm system rendering all non-functional. I called ABSA and was given a claim number and an instruction to get the repairs done as it was 'a security breach'. This was followed by an SMS with a number to call if there was no feedback within 48 hours.
Despite numerous calls, mails to ABSA idirect (in complete frustration), messages left on 0860112225 for them to call me, I have heard nothing. This morning after multiple calls I was given the number to the 'queries department' who immediately gave me theabove number and actually laughed when I said no-one ever answered that number. She then reluctantly gave the Action Line number which isn't working!!!
