A claim was registered with Absa Insurance Call centre in early December.
Absa insurance quickly gave feedback and a reference number and indicated I needed to send in the quote for the insurance claim.
I sended the quote and no further feedback was received.
I phoned the insurance department of Absa a number of times and every time there response was:
We will have a look what the progress of the claim is and then we will come back to you.
They have however never came back to me and I do not get a responce from the Absa Insurance department.
