Last week I registered a complaint about ABSA failing to respond to me after a lightning strike at home on 11 December, as well as not responding to messages and their call centre number being unavailable.
I got a response form their customer care folk promising to investigate and provide feedback. Now its the 16th January and I still am no closer to getting a response. I find this completely unacceptable.
I was given a Claim number at the time of the incident and had my home security system and garage door motors repaired as per their instruction but I still am unable to ascertain whether the door company has been paid by Absa.
