STANDARD BANK ROBBED ME

I have been using Standard Bank for 6 years now and never experience such betrayal as this. my horror started on the 8th of Jan 2014, i found that all of my transactions that i did a week before apparently they did not go through to Standard Bank's system but on my phone they have been saying that they have and even have notifications on my phone saying that money was taken out of my account each time i did a purchase. but now i found out that my account is now sitting at -659.34. i owe them this much. this is definitely not fair for me because they did not give me any notifications or whatsoever that all this time i have not been debited and now they do as they please by double debiting my account. I really want my money back. i'm thinking of changing to FNB because they are so incompetent with their service.
