ABSA Home owners are really bad!!

With the hail we had in November 2013 we got severe damage at our house and phoned ABSA home owners who promised to repair it for us. We got our own security people to repair our electric fence, beams and alarm and we paid them as we could not wait for ABSA due to security reasons. Annetjie DeBeer told me they will refund me. I have left about 100 messages for her to phone me and she phoned me in January to tell me they gonna pay some of it not all, I asked her why and she could not answer me and said she will phone me back. Till today no one phoned me. If I phone the 0860112225 number I keep on getting a msg centre spoke to Tsepo, Thandeko, left messages and Annatjie just does not phone me back. I want to know when will I get my refund and why does it take so long?? My one window is still not even repaired. I am not happy with the service I got
