Insurance claim no service

I phone the client from 8am till 1:00pm today. I have been passed from one area to another. I was sent an sms for digicall and when I called them they told me that my claim was with Absa and they cannot attend to this because of their workload.
I spoke to Thembi after getting through since 8am, she answered at 10am and told me I called the wrong number and told me to call another number which was a car insurance number and when I finally got through they passed me onto another department where I spoke to Lucinda and she had no idea what I was talking about, she put the phone down, I again tried and phoned number and was told to try another number. Altogether today I called 8 numbers and each one didnt know what to do with my call and passed me on.
I sent a letter to action line and they put gave me card divisions number to call them. I called them and they were shocked to hear about my call and passed me onto Life insurance and now Life insurance Sipho gave me another number which is one of the number is collections number and the other number was a life assist number.
