Pure disappointment

My car was in an minor accident in August and I put a claim through. On the 13th of December my car was taken in for a fitting of new breaks and an employee of that company drove my car into another and there was more damage. I've been calling since the 14th of December with no luck. Now, where to from here; because that company is willing to fix everything. Do I cancel my claim? Will miway continue to fix my car but handle the nitty gritty stuff with that company and it's insurance? Initially my car was supposed to be taken by the panel beaters on the 20th of January but there's more damage than there was initially on the claim and my excess is paid. I need miway to assist me in this regard. Their call centers have hung up on me twice and that's when they have actually answered and I've reached every department but the claims department. I am purely disappointed with the run around they've been giving to me.
