I initially called MiWay to report a hail damage to my car. The claims consultant who processed my claim stated that my access was R24 500. This led to me cancelling the insurance immediately. On calling to confirm the cancellation, by stroke of luck, i spoke to Nthati. She immediately told me that the was no such thing. to cut the long story short, my hail damage excess R3 300 instead of R24 500 and she successfully reduced all my accesses to R3 300, with a very competitive premium.
