I had an accident with my car and i reported the incident on the 2nd December and the car was towed away the same day. it was taken to the panel beaters and awaited an assesor. the car was assessed on the 05th december 2013, it is now the 10th December 2013 and the claim has not been finalised. whenever i call miway they tell me they still have to do some verifications before they can finalize my claim. does it take a week to do those verifications as my car is still standing not being repaired due to the "verifications" . i do not even have a courtesy car as they still have not finalized my claim...
